We are currently recruiting for one of the largest International Multi Disciplinary Engineering Consultancies with offices all cross the UK and they're currently seeking to strengthen their Highways department in Birmingham by appointing an Assistant Civil Engineer.


- Degree in Civil Engineering

- Strong understanding of Section 38, 278 & 104

- Previous experience of Highway design & specification, detailed drainage and attenuation design

- Experience of using and delegating CAD resources

- Minimum of 3 years experience within a UK Civil Engineering Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:

You will join the existing Highways division in the Reading office to support production of Drainage/Highway designs for a range of development projects across the UK. The successful candidate will manage and delegate CAD resources in the delivery of outputs to agreed deadlines while liaising with external clients. Your previous experience will allow you to also undertake technical preparation of reports.
