Candidates will need to be Chartered with IStructE and/or ICE and must have gained experience in structural design, project and team-running ideally in a similar business. They should be capable of motivating individuals within the business as well as growing a small but ambitious team.

Workload in  the office is a mixture of mainstream and niche projects with project values generally under £10million with good London Architects in both new-build and refurbishment sectors.
