An amazing opportunity to join a national environmental organisation at an exciting time in its development. Your input will be crucial to assist in a shift in focus, shaping and growing an innovative organisation which offers a range of unique services to different sectors.

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Performance Manager to manage a UK wide portfolio of over 70 operational water treatment schemes. A collaborative approach will be required with our contractors, whilst maintaining effective contractual discipline and commercial control.

You will foster a culture of partnership, deliver value for money services and progress business opportunities to support the organisation's ambitious forward objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* To expertly manage the NEC Term Services Contract relating to the commercial performance of the operational maintenance of water treatment schemes
* To drive continuous improvement through innovation and good practice
* To assist with the preparation and execution of the team's objectives, budgets and financial records
* To assist in the tendering for external funding and commercial opportunities
* To identify opportunities and implement change leading to team development, system improvement and value for money
* To maintain and develop positive stakeholder relationships in order to promote the organisation and assist it to meet its objectives
* To ensure excellent health and safety performance, both personal and in terms of contractor performance
* Ensure positive relations are developed and maintained with key stakeholders including term contractors, regulatory agencies, government bodies, politicians and members of the public
* To manage regulatory compliance relating to active and passive mine water treatment schemes

Essential - Skills, Knowledge & Qualification

HND in an appropriate discipline i.e Quantity Surveying, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Civil Eng, Construction
NEC TSC Service Manager Accreditation - desirable
Experienced in managing contracts
Water industry experience - desirable
Working knowledge of NEC 3 Contracts - highly desirable
Negotiation skills
Analytical skills
