My Client, specialist UK based Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Flood Risk Graduate to join their established Hydrological Team based in Glasgow.

It is essential that applicants have a BSc and/or MSc and in a relevant discipline in River Basin Dynamics or Hydrology and have a keen interest in Flood Risk, Flood Mitigation, Environmental Management, Hydrology and Hydraulic Modelling using Flood Modeller Pro.

You are also required to have a keen interest in Surface Water Management Plans and Flood Estimation.

This exciting role will offer you the opportunity to join a bespoke team of Hydrologists and Flood Risk Consultants based in Glasgow. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to be trained to complete Flood Risk, Surface Water, Drainage and Hydraulic Modelling Projects for Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients.

As a Flood Risk Graduate you will be trained and supported by the friendly team to complete the following;

-Flood Risk Assessments.

-Surface Water Management Plans.

-Catchment Management Plans.

-Environmental Impact Assessments.

-Flood Estimation.

-Hydrological Assessments.

-Hydraulic Modelling using Hec-Ras, Flood Modeller and Tuflow.

-Flood Risk Maps using ArcGIS.
