Geo-Environmental Engineer - Bournemouth
My client is a successful, bespoke Geotechnical and Environmental consultancy who specialise in consultancy across a number of sectors including infrastructure, residential and commercial. This prestigious consultancy are seeking a Geo-Environmental Engineer with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join their established, friendly and supportive team.
This dynamic and challenging role will offer you the chance to work on varied projects which will involve Site Investigation, Design work, Remediation appraisals, contaminated land assessment, project management, client liaison and detailed report writing.
To be successful in your application, you must possess a Degree or Masters in Geology or Civil Engineering, at least 2 years in a similar role and be working towards chartership with a relevant body in addition to the following skillset:
- Completing Phase 1 and 2 Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental Site investigation reports to a high standard
- Supervising borehole investigations, trial pitting and soakaway testing.
- Contaminated Land assesment
- Client Liaison
- Quantitative risk assessments
