Contracts Manager - Geotechnical - Gloucester
Our client, a market leading Ground Investigation contractor, are seeking a Contract Manager to join their successful and expanding team in the South West due to an ever-expanding workload.
The role will involve working alongside a number of teams within the company including estimators, operational manager and site staff to coordinate the delivery projects to a technically high standard on time and within budget. In addition, you will be responsible to acquiring third party staff, producing Health and Safety documentation and manage Site Work.
The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of projects ranging from small 1 day projects to large month long projects working throughout the UK and Europe.
To be successful in your application you will need the following attributes:
- A minimum of 4 Years' experience in a Geotechnical or Construction management background
- Some previous experience of Contracts management
- Experience liaising with subcontractors
- Financial management
- Relevant academic background
