Graduate Civil Engineer- Reading **Drainage**
My client, a specialist UK based Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering, is searching for a Graduate Civil Engineer, who has a keen interest in Drainage, to join a supportive team based in Reading.
It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering and have a passion for drainage and civil engineering and ideally have experience completing drainage modules and projects during their degree course.
It is also beneficial for applicants to have experience working for a Consultancy or Local Authority completing Drainage Projects and drainage and/or pipeline design using Microdrainage.
It is also beneficial for applicants to have experience completing Flood Risk Assessments.
This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a bespoke team of experienced Engineers to work on varied scale Residential Projects from master planning through to design and build of Drainage Projects for Private Sector Clients, Housing Developers and Local Authorities.
Applicants will also be required to complete Flood Mitigation, Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Area Planning, Surface Water Drainage Strategy and detailed SuDS, Residential Drainage and Sewerage Design using Microdrainage and Civils 3D from feasibility to completion.
You will also have the opportunity to complete civil engineering design for Residential Development Projects.
