A well know Engineering Consultancy is urgently seeking an experienced Arabic speaking Contracts Manager to join their team in Makkah. The role requires a minimum of 20 years’ experience within a consultancy environment, previous projects to include multibillion dollar mixed use developments.


  • Manage the implementation processes, maintenance, audits and any improvement of the Contract Management System for the project
  • Liaise with the project team and provide advice on contract management and policy compliance matters
  • Ensure that all the contracts are managed in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and client requirements
  • Provide training if necessary and provide constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development
  • Management of risk/claim assessments
  • Provide strategic approach to claim resolution procedures

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • BSc degree in Quantity Surveying  or Civil Engineering is essential
  • Preferably further educational qualification such RICS membership
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience, of which at least 3 years in the region of KSA in a contracts related role
  • Ability to lead and manage a team successfully
  • Outstanding communicational skills
  • Fully proficient IT skills including Microsoft office tools
  • Fluent in Arabic
