On opportunity has just become available for an experienced and organised candidate to become an important part of a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Leeds. In this role you will help support the company by carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks such as arranging emails, greeting visitors to the office and sending and answering emails, amongst a variety of other tasks. It is vital that you can work on your own initiative, learn quickly and possess excellent communication skills. Our client is looking to offer a competitive salary for this position in line with experience, in addition to offering a company pension.

In order to be considered for this PA/ Office Administration role you will:

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Possess at least 5 G.C.S.E's, further qualifications desirable though not essential
  • Have experience of working within a similar role in an office environment
  • Possess an ability to work on your own initiative

Key responsibilities of this PA/ Office Administrator role include:

  • Provide a full range of administrative duties to Directors and Engineers
  • Greet clients arriving in the office
  • Handle inbound calls
  • Deal with customer queries via email and telephone
  • Handle the booking of business travel and accommodation
  • Print and copy documents and drawings
