Finance Administrator

Edinburgh

I am looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join the administrative team within an award-winning consultancy who specialise in civil and structural engineering.

The Role:

You will provide financial administrative support to a busy administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete a range of administrative tasks
  • Produce fee invoices
  • Point of contact for client queries
  • Ensure client information is accurate and up to date

Requirements are:

  • Previous experience using Sage
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • The ability to manage your own workload
  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)

The ideal candidate will work well within a team, have a flexible and enthusiastic attitude towards their work.
