Pre-Development Technical Coordinator
Our client is a name synonymous with high quality, award winning residential developments throughout East Anglia. Their Head office is seeking a Pre-Development Technical Coordinator to work within their Land Department to provide technical appraisals for potential new developments.
- Previous experience working for a housing developer
- Strong technical knowledge to include roads and drainage for residential developments
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Proactive and motivational
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PDS and Microdrainage
Your role will involve attending meetings and undertaking appointments to identify Scope of Work, including preparation of Topographical and Geotechnical Surveys.
The successful Pre-Development Technical Coordinator will have strong communication skills and have previous experience liaising with relevant authorities.
Knowledge of Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies is required, as well as Environmental Surveys and Traffic & Transport Assessments.
