Job Title: Assistant Engineer
Salary: £21,844 - £31,000

About the role:
Using your expertise, you’ll be providing engineering support on the remediation of surface hazards, subsidence claims, environment projects, commercial projects, property sites and the management and restoration of spoil heaps.
Working alongside a dynamic team, you’ll offer support or lead (where required) across designs, including calculations, of remedial works using the best available techniques. You’ll be helping us to fulfil our statutory duties by preparing designs and contract documentation.

We’re looking for a HND or Degree level qualified individual with a sound appreciation of civil, structural and / or geotechnical engineering. This could be your first step on the career ladder or you’re ready for your next step.
A post graduate qualification in Geotechnical Engineering will be considered.
A desire to work in a broad, varied role. You’ll welcome the exposure to different teams & projects within our organisation.
A strong passion for civil engineering that will see you excel within the team project based environment, taking the lead when required.
An appreciation of contract management and Health and Safety legislation.
