What you'll be doing:
- Develop concepts & detailed designs for industry and data centre sectors.
- Management of workload, delivering projects to time and to budget.
- Maintain high levels of awareness of the implementation of changes in legislation.
- ·Identify business development opportunities.
- Prepare financial and technical proposals for project opportunities.
- Co-ordination with multidisciplinary teams working on the projects and site team.
- Client and stakeholder interface.
- You will be joining a multicultural team with a number of staff from Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand
What you'll bring:
- Candidates will need to be a Chartered (OR NEAR CHARTERED) member of ICE, be educated to BEng/BSc-level in Civil or Environmental Engineering (2:1 minimum) and must have gained excellent roads and drainage design and project-running skills for international projects. Must have a minimum of 8 years experience post graduation.
- Candidates should ideally hold a European working permit / passport holder, but applications will be considered for UK residents whom are eligible for a work permit.
- Experience in drainage design including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS).
- Competence in the use of Civil3D.
- Experience with earthworks modelling
- Ability to adopt to country specific Eurocode annexes and local code requirements
- Experience with pavement design and specifications
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines.
- Experience with retaining wall design, both temporary and permanent.
